Our proposed accommodation is a privately owned, comfortable house large enough for four people.  The house contains two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom which total to 60 square meters (645 square feet).  All of the rooms are air conditioned and the kitchen is furnished with all of the necessary services.

 The house is located 18 kilometers north of Tulum, 40 kilometers south of Playa del Carmen, and 100 kilometers south of the Cancun airport, just outside the city of Chemuyil in a very calm housing complex that has almost no traffic.  The most exciting and beautiful cenotes in the Mayan Riviera are easily accessible from the house.

 The closest beach, Playa Xcacel, which is also one of the most beautiful and wild beaches of the whole coast is only a 10 minute walking.

 Public transportation does pass frequently in front of the neighborhood, but we recommend renting a car to be able to move more independently and comfortably.  Reserving online will allow you to take advantage of valuable offers, so book today!
